Calibration views are an easy way to leverage performance data gathered within Zugata by creating a "packet". This "packet" contains the performance review, the self reflection, the goals and the manager requested feedback associated with that person for the purposes of reviewing it and showing up as an informed calibrator.
Creating a Calibration View
An Admin on the Zugata account will create a Calibration View, then share it with the people who need to see it. Follow these steps to create one:
- Navigate to Admin Settings
- Click on Evaluations
- Click "..."
- Click Create Calibration View
Once there you can pick multiple evaluations for the view, or just the one. There are also filters to leverage for adding the correct profiles for the calibration packets that will eventually get shared with the calibrators.
You can filter by the following when adding employees:
- Job Title
- Search by email, first name or last name
Once you've populated the Calibration View with the appropriate people and cycles. You need to save it. Navigate to the upper right hand corner, and click on "..." then Save View.
Sharing a Calibration View
Once the proper calibration group has been assembled, you're able to go back and alter who is included in the View as well as who you've shared the View with.
To share the View with your group of Calibrators, follow these steps:
- Click on the View you'd like to share with your calibrators.
- Click on the "..."
- Click on Share View
- Search for the people you'd like to have access to the views
Now that you've shared the Calibration View. It will show up under the ToDo list like this:
From there they will be able to access the dossier as well as all Manager Requested Feedback, Self Reflections and Goals. The only limiting factor is the Evaluation. The calibrator only has access to the Evaluation available within the Calibration view.
