Zugata has helped to automate giving and receiving feedback from those you work most closely with. Today, we're taking it one step further to create more seamless feedback opportunities throughout your day so you can stay focused on your work.
Imagine seeing something in Slack, Jira or your email that reminds you to give feedback to a colleague. Instead of clicking out to get to Zugata, you can now provide more real-time feedback with Zugata's browser plugin and remain in your workflow.
Install the browser extension
- Launch your Chrome browser.
- Click here to install the extension from the Chrome Store.
- Install the extension. You will see the Zugata logo on the top right of your browser.
- Chrome browser
- Gmail integration. If you are not a Gmail user, the extension cannot automatically detect the From address so you will need to manually search for a user before giving feedback.
How it works
When you want to give feedback, click on the icon in your browser to open a pop up.
You will be able to search for and give feedback to a colleague from any web page, without launching the Zugata app.
Further, if you are a Gmail user, the browser extension automatically detects the sender of an email and allows you to give feedback to that person, view their goals and comment, or jot down notes about them for yourself. You can also select anyone in your company if you wish to select someone else.
The feedback receiver will get an email notification as usual to open feedback or that a comment on the goal was made.
We will continue to highlight other Zugata features in the extension, so please feel free to email your suggestions to firstname.lastname@example.org.
